The construction is considered to be industry standard and the sails are similar to what you would find from other sailmakers both in construction and budget. . The designs for these sail are the same as our Grand Prix sails. Our designers take the same time to achieve the fastest sail possible. The first set of these sails were built for a J-30. The boat won its class and was selected Boat of the Regatta in the West Florida Racing Circuit (WFORC). Customers with these sails are enjoying a winning season and will for a long time to come.

For those who do not want a Aramid sail, Sabre Sails offers an extensive assortment of high performance sailcloths to fit you sailing conditions and budget. You can select for Pentex, Polyester (mylar), or race finished woven polyesters.

Club Pentex™

These sails are constructed out of the finest radial Pentex™ laminates money can buy. These laminates have a new gray tint to increase the UV resistance by 75%.

Aramid Cloth

If you want the smoked or gold look and do not have the budget for the Championship aramids then fabrics are worth your consideration.

Club Polyester

Polyester sails "mylar" have improved over the past years. They are the lowest price "race" sails you can buy. We have beefed up the load areas to increase the longevity of these sails

Club Spinnaker cloth

These spinnakers are offered in either .75 oz Nylite or 1.5 oz. Maxilite. Unlike many of our competitors spinnakers, all of our panels are sewn for additional strength and eliminates the worry of panels coming undone. Panel layouts are designed for optimum cloth efficiency.
